WHAT IS EXCLUDED FROM THE PRICE?

Entry tickets to tradeshows, events, and conferences are not included in the price. If you want to send helper your materials to distribute, shipment costs are not included.

WHEN CAN I CANCEL?

You can cancel your task at anytime before a Helper is assigned free of charge. If a Helper is assigned and you need to cancel, do so 72 hours before the set task date and we will refund 50%. If you cancel less than 72 hours before a set task date, no refunds will be given.

CAN I TRANSFER MONEY TO HELPER?

Yes, you can transfer money. Transfer limit is 200 euro. you have to send money in advance. In case you will not use all your money sent, the amount not used will be reimbursed. Consider that for each transfer and reimbursement a commision of 10% and 5 euros fixed price will be applied. country limitations vary. To be sure that money reaches helper, we advice to make a transfer in advance. Contact us for further details. money transferred can be used in various ways, such as, buying entry ticket or samples.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ASSIGN A HELPER?

From our experience it may take from 1 to 7 working days. The reason behind such a timeframe is that FairHelper aims to give you the best person for the job. Naturally, there could be a situation that Helper is unavailable for your specific date when you want to visit a trade show or company.

I HAVE READ THAT HELPER CAN PRINT MY BUSINESS CARDS. HOW DOES IT WORK? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Send us the design of your business card and helper will print your cards with laser printer. depending on place, business cards can be printed in colors or black and white. Cutting also can be done manually or automatically. If you want to use your genuine business cards you must add extra shipment of materials to helper. Such cost can be avoided, because helper always presents as your virtual representative. People receiving your business cards are informed that this is not your genuine business card.

WHAT IF BOES DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH OR DOES NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED TECHNOLOGY?

FAIRHelper offers to add an extra helper at your site. Helper at your site, has the same software as a helper at your specified place, tradeshow or company. Thus you don not require to have a PC, MAC or a tablet. In addition, helper will speak your local language and english to assist you in guiding the remote helper.

SENDING AND RECEIVING SHIPMENT TO/FROM HELPER

If you need to send materials to helper before helpers activity, or receive materials after helpers activity you can use your courrier. we will provide you the shipping information of the helper. If you don’t have your courrier, we can help you arrange shipment. We use services of fedex and dhl. Based on senders and recipients adressess we will communicate you the cost, which will be added to your order. Shipment cannot be in excess of 8 kg, maximum dimensions are 40*30*15 for one activity of the helper.

HOW TO SEE IF IT WORKS FOR ME? TRY IT FOR FREE

It will take 1-7 working days. the reason for such duration is our objective to find the best and most suitable person for the task required. In some cases, it may not be possible to assign a helper for your location or day of your request.

WHAT IS FAIRHELPER?

FAIRHelper is a new approach to visiting places. FAIRHelper was created and designed having in mind a person who struggles to find time.

HOW DOES FREE TRIAL WORK?

FAIRHelper organizes free trials during which you can guide a helper for 15 minutes. During this time you will in a video call with one of our helpers around the world who will follow your instructions, allowing you to see how it works. Request a free trial and our team will contact you to discuss the details.

WILL I RECCEIVE A REPORT?

Yes, a report summarizing helpers activities will be sent to you within 2 working days, starting from the end of helpers activity. According to activity type, a report will be provided. For example, for visiting a tradeshow, a report including contacts and information received during the trade show. Having in mind that you will be guiding the helper during the activity, we suggest taking notes of what has been of interest yo you during the live-streaming session.

WHAT ABOUT TIMEZONES?

If you happen to be in Rome and your trade show is in Shanghai, you may have to wake up early for a full day of live streaming. However, we offer two ways how to comfort time zone differences. First, send us your task list for the beginning of the day, so that you can join live streaming at a more convenient time for you. Second, we offer a smaller package so you can start at a later hour.
